With just one more sleep until the first game of the season and the club's 4th ever inter-club fixture between India and the Rest of the World, there has plenty of on and off field theatrics.
VIDANDA GALGAMUWA RESPONDS
Responding to Prashant Pindolia's comments earlier in the week in which he said ROW didn't "stand a chance", Galgamuwa responded ahead of the squad announcement saying, "Feels like the Indian team have gotten wind of our strength, as they are lot less chatty than usual. (Shuraj) will be a big miss for India, he has often been their saviour and has contributed significantly. Without him, I fear they will lose runs and their competitve edge. It's a long hill for the team to climb".

LEAKED TEXTS
Adding to the drama this week are unconfirmed text leaks between Edgware Cricket Club and Jay Shah, the Chairman of the ICC and former Secrteary of the BCCI. It is believed Jay Shah had requested for the India game to be moved to Dubai to "ensure a tight fixture" and "complement the Indian TV market". The BCCI have been contacted but have yet to comment on the situation.
SQUADS
The two squads are for the most part, expected, but India have announced some shock returns including Rahul Kothari and Shuraj Vekaria who is now expected to play after initially ruling himself out of contention. The game takes place at Canons High School and will start at 11am.
PROBABLE TEAMS:
